Subsidiary organization Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) announces extending ATM network

/KASE, April 11, 14/ – Subsidiary organization Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release of April 11, 2014:
In 2014, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has continued the trend of extension of ATM
network. Thus, as of April 1, 2014 number of the Bank's ATMs has increased by
61% in comparison with the same period of 2013. Extension of ATM network will
allow improving convenience of using cards of the Bank's clients and
increasing competitiveness by expanding coverage area.
Experts note that the largest number of ATMs is located in Almaty and Astana. In
general, owners of card products of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) have access to the
Unified international ATM network of VTB Group, currently consisting of more
than 11 thousand ATMs.
Dmitry Yakovlev, acting Deputy Chairman of the Board – Member of the Board of
Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan): "Extension of ATM network, both geographic
and quantitative, is one of priorities for us in 2014. Furthermore, we do not
cease to work on expansion of possibility to provide quality service and range
of services for cardholders of our Bank. Thus, in the beginning of the year, we
have launched free mobile application for searching ATMs which covers the
Unified ATM network of VTB Group".
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) offers payment cards of Visa International system with
opportunity to maintain accounts in tenge, Russian rubles, US Dollars or Euros.
ATMs of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) allow conducting payments of cellular service,
utility bills, cable television and Internet connections. Service of
self-dependent change of PIN code to more convenient combination of digits is
also available for the owners of the Bank payment cards. In addition, the Bank
has interhost connection with JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", which allows
clients to use ATM network and branches of this bank with a small difference in
fees for cash withdrawal.
