SAT & Company holds special general meeting of shareholders on May 13, 2014

/KASE, April 16, 14/ – JSC "SAT & Company" (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on May 13, 2014 at 14:00 o'clock starts its shareholders' special general meeting. The sole issue on the agenda of the said meeting is the issue of choosing the auditing organization carrying out the audit of the company. The meeting will be held at: 241 Mukanov str., Almaty. Participant registration will be held from 13:00 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to taking part in the said meeting will be drawn up as of April 30, 2014. In case of the quorum absence a repeated shareholders meeting will be held on May 14, 2014 at the same time and address.
