/KASE, April 16, 14/ – Alliance Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of issue by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of consent to Bolat Otemuratov to his acquiring the status of a major shareholder of joint- stock company Temirbank and joint-stock company Alliance Bank (Resolution No. 36 of Management Board of National Bank of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2014)".
