/KASE, April 23, 14/ – Halyk – Kazakhinstrakh, subsidiary insurance company of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
concluding a non-arm's length deal.
