/KASE, April 24, 14/ – JSC "Accumulative pension fund of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, subsidiary organization of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2014. According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C31850015) makes up 15,000,000 units; - 11,349,720 shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more percent of the total number of outstanding shares is JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (Almaty) holding 10,850,120 shares of the company (95.60 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the company).
