National Company KazMunayGaz (Kazakhstan) provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2014

/KASE, April 24, 14/ – JSC "National Company KazMunayGaz" (Astana, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2014. According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C49280015) is equal to 849,559,596 units; - 525,647,776 shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company and accordingly, the only person, holding the company shares in the number of five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares is JSC "Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Astana).
