/KASE, May 27, 14/ – Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of May 15, 2014, according to which the National Bank
approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y03D951 (KZ2C00001352,
KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, AGKKb2; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn;
June 29, 2011 – June 29, 2014, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a., 30/360) of
Agricultural credit corporation JSC for the period from June 30 to December 29,
2013.
According to the letter provided as of December 29, 2013 bonds of this issue
were placed and paid for completely.
