SAT & Company holds special general meeting of shareholders on July 17, 2014

/KASE, June 20, 14/ – SAT & Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on July 17, 2014 at 03:00 p.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting. The meeting agenda only issue is making changes and additions to the company charter and approval of its new version. The meeting will be held at: 241, Mukanov str., Almaty. Participants registration will be held from 02:00 p.m. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be developed as of July 11, 2014. In case on no quorum the repeated meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on July 18, 2014 at the same time and above address.
