National Bank approves report on results of placement of bonds KZP04Y07E012 (KZ2C00002137, SBERb9) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia"

/KASE, June 24, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 9, 2014, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP04Y07E012 (KZ2C00002137, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, SBERb9; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; September 25, 2013 – September 25, 2020, semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a. for the first two years of circulation; 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" for the period from September 25, 2013 to March 24, 2014. According to the letter provided as of March 24, 2014 200,000,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2014-06-24]
