/KASE, July 11, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 10, 2014, bonds KZP03Y09C287 (KZ2C00002749; KZT1,000.0, KZT17.0 bn; 8.5 years, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a.; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance (Astana) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list: The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the third one under the first bond program of KazAgroFinance registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on October 12, 2006 to the total amount of KZT30.0 bn and the third issue of the said issuer's internal bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter on the mentioned bonds. Centras Securities (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KAFIb3.
