As of July 11, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C41360013 (KZ1C00000942, TEMK) of Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, July 11, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Listing Commission, as of July 11, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C41360013
(KZ1C00000942, TEMK) of Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Karagandy region) are
removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer.
For consideration of delisting of the said shares KASE received from Temirtau
Electro-Metallurgy Plant the following documents:
- an application of July 9, 2014 for deliberate delisting of the mentioned
shares;
- a copy of the decision of the sole shareholder of July 8, 2014 on deliberate
delisting of the mentioned shares;
- an extract from the system of registries of holders of the mentioned shares
according to which as of April 1, 2014 SAT & CO NETHERLANDS N.V. (Amsterdam,
Kingdom of the Netherlands) is the sole shareholder of Temirtau
Electro-Metallurgy Plant.
Based on the abovementioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 article
19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted.
The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category as of
November 11, 2013. Trade in them opened as of February 11, 2014.
During their circulation on KASE no deal involving them were made.
