/KASE, July 11, 14/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 30, 2014 on approval of the report on results
of offering of the bank shares from October 11, 2013 to April 10, 2014.
According to the letter provided, no bank shares were offered in the reporting
period; as of April 10, 2014 2,848,829 ordinary shares and 74,124 preferred
shares of the bank remained unplaced.
