/KASE, July 14, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated July 10, 2014, bonds
KZP07Y10B668 (KZ2C00002707; KZT1, KZT2.4 bn; July 14, 2014 – July 14, 2024,
semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a.; 30/360) of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC
(Aktau) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official
list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of July 14, 2014 after the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Eurasian Capital (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) MREKb8.
