/KASE, July 15, 14/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan Subsidiary DBK-Leasing
(Astana), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of July 14, 2014:

DBK-Leasing participated in leasing financing of the project on house-building
in Kyzylorda. The capacity of the combine is 35 th. sqare meters of housing
a year, informed the company press service the business portal Kapital.kz.
DBK-Leasing will provide under the government program "Production 2020" the
technological line "Weiler GmbH" (Germany) to the amount of KZT938.4 mln.
