/KASE, July 17, 14/ – Intergas Central Asia (Astana, hereinafter – the
company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided to KASE the copies of registered changes and additions to
the company shares issue prospectus and securities government registration
certificate of March 20, 2014, which replaces earlier issued.
According to the documents:
- Kazakhstan National Bank registered changes and additions to the
company shares issue prospectus;
- the certificate has been replaced due to the increase of the company
authorized shares;
- the total number of the company authorized shares is 26,867,689 units,
including 26,826,439 – common shares KZ1C29770019, 41,250 – preferred
shares KZ1P29770115;
- the shares issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under
number А2977;
- as of September 7, 2006, 3,003,750 common and 41,250 preferred shares
of the company have been placed, its authorized capital is formed in the
size of KZT2,283,750,000.
