/KASE, July 18, 14/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana, hereinafter – the company), common shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2014. According to the extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C51460018, KZ000A0KEZQ2 is 70,220,935 units, preferred shares KZ1P51460114, KZ000A0RMTC3 – 4,136,107 units; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 2,527,860 common shares and 2,073,276 preferred shares; - in the nominal holding of Central Securities Depository (Almaty) there are 24,168,856 common shares of the company (32.50 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares); - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is National company KazMunayGaz (Astana), owning 43,087,006 common shares of the company (57.95 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares or 61.36 % of the total number of the company's outstanding common shares).
