Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, July 18, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on July 14, 2014 the office of Tsesnabank received from Astana Department of Execution of Legal Acts of the Committee of Execution of Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan a Resolution on ban of action of July 10, 2014 issued based on enforcement order of the Astana special inter-district economic court of June 67, 2014 on a claim from a legal entity on imposing of arrest on movable and immovable property of Tsesnabank".
