/KASE, July 25, 14/ – "DBK-Leasing" subsidiary of joint-stock company "Development Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana Justice Department dated July 18, 2014 of state re-registration of "DBK-Leasing" subsidiary of joint-stock company "Development Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC as a legal entity. According to the mentioned certificate, the new location of DBK-Leasing, subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan, is as follows: 15a Kabanbai Batyr ave., Esil district, Astana 010000.
