Tsesnabank announces removal of arrest from bank assets

/KASE, July 15, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on July 16, 2014 by Resolution on cancelation of measures on ensuring processing of the writ of execution of Department for execution of court acts of Astana of the Committee on Execution of Court Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it was decided to remove arrest from movable and immovable property of Tsesnabank".
