letter informed KASE of the following:

July 23, 2014, the long-term rating of debt liabilities was affirmed to the

the First bond program of Corporation Tsesna at level ВВВ1, and the short-term
rating of debt liabilities was affirmed at level Р2, Outlook – "Stable".
