ATFBank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, July 30, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on June 24, 2014 the Appeal court panel on civil and administrative proceedings of Almaty city court took a decision to draw ATFBank to administrative responsibility for "Administrative violation expressed in committing acts provided for in part of article 168-3 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
