/KASE, August 1, 14/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of purchasing on July 29, 2014 of a block of shares of Nurbank subsidiary Insurance company Nurpolis in the number of 80,000 pieces, exercising the right of preemptive purchase.
