/KASE, August 4, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Management Board as of August 4, 2014 trades in bonds KZP01Y09E287 (KZ2C00001832,
KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, SATCb2; KZT100, KZT6.0 bn;
August 3, 2012 – June 3, 2021; semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of
SAT & Company were suspended on KASE.
This decision was taken in accordance with item 6 article 18-2 of the Act of the
Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market".
Trades will be suspended until KASE receives information on publication of
decision of the general meeting of holders of these bonds of August 4, 2014.
