/KASE, August 7, 14/ – JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a notice from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 1, 2014 according to which, the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10D210 (KZ2C00000586, KASE official
list, Rated Debt Securities, CCBNb22; KZT100, KZT12.0 bn; November 27, 2009 –
November 27, 2019, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 6.40 % p.a. for
the current coupon period; 30/360) of Bank CenterCredit JSC for the period
from November 27, 2013 to May 26, 2014.
According to notice, as of May 26, 2014 1,211,000 of the said bonds remained
unplaced.
