Bonds KZP01Y09Е709 (KZ2C00002731, AGKKb4) of Agricultural credit corporation underwent listing on KASE by Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, August 11, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 8, 2014, KZP01Y09Е709 (KZ2C00002731; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 8.5 years, semi-annual coupon 8.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Astana) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first one under the second bond program of Agricultural credit corporation JSC registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 30, 2014 to the total amount of KZT30.0 bn and the fourth issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Agricultural credit corporation JSC. BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) AGKKb4.
