/KASE, August 13, 14/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated August 1, 2014 according to which, the National Bank approved the report
on results of offering of bonds KZP05Y08D258 (KZ2C00002467, KASE official list,
Rated Debt Securities, EUBNb12; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; January 10, 2014 –
January 10, 2022, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Eurasian Bank JSC
for the period from January 10 to July 9, 2014.
According to the letter provided, as of July 9, 2014 the said bonds were not
offered.
In addition Eurasian Bank has provided an official letter on approval by the
National Bank of the report on results of offering of the mentioned bonds which
