Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, August 14, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on August 12, 2014 the office of Tsesnabank (hereinafter – the Bank) received a counter statement of claim brought at Esil district court in Astana on July 29, 2014 by an individual against the Bank regarding recovery of an amount and acknowledgement of a bank loan terms invalid".
