/KASE, August 18, 14/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an
official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 8, 2014, on approval of the report on results of the offering
of bonds KZP05Y10B464 (KZ2C00001410, KASE official list, first sub-category of
Rated Debt Securities category, CSBNb9; KZT100, KZT5.5 bn; July 1, 2009 –
July 1, 2019, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.90 % p.a. for the
current coupon period, 30/360) of JSC "Kaspi Bank" for the period from
January 1 to June 30, 2014.
According to the letter, no bonds were offered during the considered period. As
of June 30, 2014 1,000,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
