/KASE, August 18, 14/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an
official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 8, 2014, on approval of the report on results of the offering
of bonds KZP05Y05E054 (KZ2C00002111, KASE official list, first sub-category of
Rated Debt Securities category, CSBNb14; KZT100, KZT20.0 bn; June 21, 2013 –
June 21, 2018, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % p.a.; 30/360) of JSC "Kaspi Bank" for
the period from December 22, 2013 to June 21, 2014.
According to the letter, no bonds were offered during the considered period. As
of June 21, 2014 16,000,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
