/KASE, August 18, 14/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an
official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 8, 2014, on approval of the report on results of the offering
of bonds KZP03Y10B469 (KZ2C00001436, KASE official list, first sub-category of
Rated Debt Securities category, CSBNb7; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; June 6, 2008 –
June 6, 2018, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 9.00 % p.a.; 30/360)
of JSC "Kaspi Bank" for the period from December 7, 2013 to June 6, 2014.
According to the letter, as of June 21, 2014 39,766,800 of the mentioned bonds
were outstanding.
