/KASE, August 19, 14/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of consideration at Pavlodar city court of a civil proceeding on the statement of claim submitted on August 15, 2014 by an individual against the Bank regarding recovery of a money amount wrongfully received as remuneration".
