Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, August 19, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on August 15, 2014 the office of Tsesnabank (hereinafter – the Bank) received a statement of claim brought at Almaty special inter-district economic court by the bankruptcy administrator against the Bank regarding release of assets from under arrest".
