/KASE, August 20, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 8, 2014, bonds
KZP01Y09Е709 (KZ2C00002731; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; August 20, 2014 –
February 20, 2023, semi-annual coupon 8.5 % p.a.; 30/360) of Agricultural credit
corporation JSC (Astana) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of
KASE official list.
This Listing Commission decision is effective as of August 20, 2014 after the
mentioned issuer fulfilled terms set forth in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article
18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty)
is the financial advisor and underwriter of Agricultural credit corporation.
BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) is the representative of
holders of the said bonds.
