Tsesnabank announces receipt of statement of claim

/KASE, August 19, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on August 15, 2014 the office of Tsesnabank received a copy of a statement of claim brought on August 15, 2014 at Astana special inter-district economic court by the rehabilitation administrator against the Bank regarding acknowledgement of a deal as invalid".
