National Bank approves report on results of offering of Kaspi Bank shares from January 13 to July 12, 2014

/KASE, August 22, 14/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of approval of the report on results of the offering of the bank's shares in the period from January 13 to July 12, 2014. According to the letter provided: - the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved the report on results of the offering of the bank's shares; - no shares of the bank were offered in the period under review; as of July 12, 2014 19,500,000 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced; its share capital equals to KZT17,772,890,402.00.
