National Bank approves report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07E018 (KZ2C00001725, TXBNb6) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia"

/KASE, August 25, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 30, 2014, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07E018 (KZ2C00001725, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TXBNb6; KZT1, KZT20.0 bn; December 23, 2011 – December 23, 2018, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % p.a.; 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" for the period from December 23, 2013 to June 22, 2014. According to the letter provided, as of June 22, 2014 418,803,620 of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2014-08-25]
