/KASE, August 26, 14/ – JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), the representative of holders of mortgage bonds KZP07Y10C336 (KZ2C00000461, TEBNb18; KZT0.01, KZT10.0 bn; March 15, 2010 – March 15, 2020; floating semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360) of JSC "Temirbank" (Almaty), listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of a random check of the pledged property securing Temirbank's obligations on the mentioned bonds according to data from the pledge registry as of July 1, 2014. Based on the check conducted JSC "Bank CenterCredit" has informed of the following: quote ... the check results showed compliance of the pledged assets and coverage ratio of the mortgage bonds with the bonds' issue prospectus and pledge agreement.
