Tsesnabank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, August 26, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on warning No. 140000803000567 from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 14, 2014, received by the Bank's office on August 21, 2014, for committing the administrative violation provided for in part 1 of article 168-6 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (untimely provision by currency control agents of reports on client transactions), the bank was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a warning".
