Tsesnabank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, August 26, 14/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on resolution without No. of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 21, 2014, received by the Bank's office on August 21, 2014, for committing the administrative violation provided for in part 2 of article 168-6 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (untimely provision by currency control agents of reports on client transactions committed repeatedly within a year), the Bank was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty".
