National Bank approves report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y05E010 (KZ2C00001980, TXBNb7) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" for period from December 24, 2013 to June 23, 2014

/KASE, August 25, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of July 30, 2014, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y05E010 (KZ2C00001980, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TXBNb7; KZT1, KZT20.0 bn; December 24, 2012 – December 24, 2017, semi-annual coupon 6.25 % p.a.; 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" for the period from December 24, 2013 to June 23, 2014. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review; as of June 23, 2014 9,414,500,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2014-08-25]
