BTA Securities terminates agreement with ATFBank on rendering services of representative of bondholders

/KASE, September 3, 14/ – BTA Securities, subsidiary organization of joint-stock company BTA Bank (Almaty, in the heading – BTA Securities), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of terminating the agreement with ATFBank JSC on representing interests of holders of bonds and discontinuing its functions as representative of holders of bonds of ATFBank JSC from August 29, 2014 based on the Agreement of August 29, 2014 on terminating of the Agreement on representing interests of holders of bonds No. 01-11-13 of November 18, 2013".
