/KASE, September 4, 14/ – BCC Invest - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of ceasing its authorities as a representative of holders of bonds of Golden Compass Capital JSC (NIN KZ2C0Y10E396), due to the fact that the agreement on provision of services of a representative of holders of bonds dated November 19, 2012 concluded between BCC Invest and Golden Compass Capital (the Issuer) was terminated at request of the Issuer on September 2, 2014".
