/KASE, September 8, 14/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a
copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated August 29, 2014, according to which the NBK has approved
the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y05E051 (KZ2C00001626, KASE
official list, Rated Debt Securities category, CSBNb11; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn;
July 19, 2011 – July 19, 2016; semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of Kaspi
Bank JSC for the period from January 20 to July 19, 2014.
According to the letter provided, 99,800,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds were
outstanding as of July 19, 2014.
