/KASE, September 8, 14/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board
decision as of September 9, 2014 bonds KZP04Y05E388 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 5
years; annual coupon defined by results of the first auction on bonds offering;
30/360) of Eurasian Development Bank are admitted to circulation in KASE's
"International Financial Organizations Securities" sector.
The issue of the mentioned bonds is the fourth one within Eurasian Development
Bank's first bond program, registered by the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 11, 2012 to the total amount of
KZT150.0 bn.
The mentioned bonds were assigned the ticker EABRK220919.
Opening of trades in bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
