/KASE, September 9, 14/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated August 27, 2014, on approval of the report on results of placement of
bonds KZP01Y07D747 (KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities
category, IMSKb3; KZT100, KZT4.0 bn; September 8, 2010 – September 8, 2017;
floating semi-annual coupon, 8.90 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360)
of Imstalcon for the period from June 4, 2012 to June 3, 2014.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review, as of June 3, 2014 39,996,800 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
