/KASE, September 10, 14/ – Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote 1. According to Resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2014 the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility under article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code to the amount of 200 MCI (KZT370,400). The total amount of the penalty taking into account requirements of article 63 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code made up 600 MCI (KZT1,111,200). 2. According to Resolution of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2014 the Bank's executive (Elena Kim) was drawn to administrative responsibility under article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code to the amount of 100 MCI (KZT185,200).
