/KASE, September 10, 14/ – Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty),
bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of September 3, 2014 on approval of the report on
placement results of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, first
sub-category of Rated Debt Securities category, CTECb1; KZT100, KZT20.0 bn;
December 2, 2008 – December 2, 2018, semi-annual coupon, 12.50 % APR, 30/360)
of Central-Asian power-energy company JSC for the period from December 3, 2013
to June 2, 2014.
According to the letter provide, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of June 2, 2014, 774,024 of the mentioned bonds were
unplaced.
