officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of the license for conducting banking and other operations and
activities on then securities market, issued by the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan on September 8, 2014 under No. 1.2.74/74/29.
