/KASE, September 16, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) of August 21, 2014 on approval of the report on results of offering of
bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities
category, ATFBb8; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 2012 – July 9, 2017; semi-annual
coupon 7.50 % per annum; 30/360) of ATFBank JSC for the period from January 10
to July 9, 2014.
According to the letter provided the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of July 9, 2014, 473,891 bonds remained unplaced.
