/KASE, September 19, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance" JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 15, 2014 on approval of the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E657 (KZ2C00002517, KASE official
list, Rated Debt Securities category, HCBNb2; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; February 11,
2014 – February 11, 2019, semi-annual coupon 9.50 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary
Bank "Home Credit and Finance" JSC for the period from February 11 to
August 11, 2014.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
said period; as of August 11, 2014 8,231,498 of the said bonds remained unplaced.
